As a company grows, so does the complexity of its internal processes. Customer data is stored in one tool, projects are managed in another, and invoices in yet another system. Vacation requests remain buried in emails, while employee system access permissions are often still tracked in Excel spreadsheets.
The individual tools may work perfectly fine, but the problem arises when they aren’t interconnected. As a result, even simple questions—such as how much was earned from a specific project, how many vacation days employees have remaining, or what access rights former employees still retain—require manually gathering and verifying information across several different places.
We faced this exact situation in our own company. As our team grew, it became clear that separate tools were no longer enough, so we decided to unify all our core processes into a single system.
